Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rare Beauty purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a pre-paid USPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your gently used products in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container and attach the pre-paid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
